We have an older century home with a roof that was 25 plus years old and had been leaking on and off, but since we were new to the house it was just noticed this year. I had several contractors come out to provide an estimate and give me an inspection, all said the roof needed replaced. Elite was willing to match one of my estimates plus they were able to take care of some gutter work while there. From the inspection and creation of estimate with Cole, to the 1 and 1/4 days to completely install a new roof on both the house and garage with Jake and the crew, our experience with Elite was awesome. Everyone in the company is willing to answer questions and take the time to make sure everything is proceeding like it should from start to finish. Financing the roof was seem less and easy and I will always recommend Elite roofing to anyone who needs work. They only do what is needed and make sure to recommend repairs that you might not be able to see at the beginning. I truly believe the communication was upfront and constant from start to finish and there were no surprises at the end when we got our final invoice.An excellent, professional, family ran company that truly understands the terms customer service and customer satisfaction.I didn't take any pictures that I could upload at time of post, but will try to in future.
