We have an older century home with a roof that was 25 plus years old and had been leaking on and off, but since we were new to the house it was just noticed this year. I had several contractors come out to provide an estimate and give me an inspection, all said the roof needed replaced. Elite was willing to match one of my estimates plus they were able to take care of some gutter work while there. From the inspection and creation of estimate with Cole, to the 1 and 1/4 days to completely install a new roof on both the house and garage with Jake and the crew, our experience with Elite was awesome. Everyone in the company is willing to answer questions and take the time to make sure everything is proceeding like it should from start to finish. Financing the roof was seem less and easy and I will always recommend Elite roofing to anyone who needs work. They only do what is needed and make sure to recommend repairs that you might not be able to see at the beginning. I truly believe the communication was upfront and constant from start to finish and there were no surprises at the end when we got our final invoice.An excellent, professional, family ran company that truly understands the terms customer service and customer satisfaction.I didn't take any pictures that I could upload at time of post, but will try to in future.

Transparent pricing, good communication, quality work and they were in/out in one day. The only bad thing about the whole situation was the tree falling into my roof, but dealing with Elite roofing was much smoother than I anticipated.

Elite Roofing has replaced a few gutters and now repaired a roof leak at our home. They communicate well, show up on time and fix the problem. They have been friendly, professional and tidy!

It took awhile to get onto the schedule, but it was definitely worth the wait! We had a few estimates and decided to go with Elite due to their experience and customer reviews. I will say their estimate was the highest of the 3 we got, but we wanted things done right and their estimate and the information we were given with it was the most comprehensive.It took about 6 weeks to get on their schedule. We needed old metal and shingles underneath taken off and the OSB inspected. The crew showed up and got right to work. It took the morning and part of the afternoon to get it done. I was thrilled to see they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. We went around the house with a magnet after they left to make sure we didn't step on or drive on any screws and only found a few!We are beyond happy with our experience and will definitely recommend this company to any friends and family who need roof work done. We highly recommend Elite Roofing. Tate, our sales rep and estimator, was very easy to deal with and always responded in a timely manner to our questions and concerns. We received estimates from other roofers in our area and Elite was, by far, the most competitive for installing a metal roof on our historic home. The installation crew was very efficient, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The guys were all great - such hard workers! It was amazing all they accomplished in two days' time. And we really liked Jacob, the on site supervisor. He was very personable and easy going. Fantastic experience overall. Aaron Russell was the team lead on getting the roof installed. Him and his workers were at the house for over 14 hrs but got everything done in one day! The results are amazing and I couldn't be happier.

We hired Elite to install new vinyl siding, because 7 years ago we used them to roof our home and garage with metal roofing. They did a fantastic job, no complaints. So they earned my trust, and had them do our siding this year. The crew were courteous and respectful of our property, here each day at 7 a.m., working 12-13 hours each day, and did a great job.
